  Horrible customer service. Especially the guy in his traditional dress. He was chatting with the staff happily but his face seems frowning when he served me. Never visiting this store again.

  Awful customer service. First time I visited, I was given an awkward silent stare by the 2 staff members who didn't even greet me in (one named Josh, one covering from Southampton), and I was the only customer in the store. Eventually I asked one of them for assistance, but he was not knowledgeable enough as he mentioned he was only covering for the day. Second time I visited to purchase a pair of sunglasses, the lady behind the til (young with a face tattoo by her ear) was acting inadequately, in my opinion. She was hostile and went home halfway through finishing the sale. Her colleague (a young man from Bangladesh, as he claimed to be to another customer next to me) took over and was also arrogant and hostile, too.
